It's been a while since I don't write anything about music, so I decided to post something about my current playlist today.

Most of the time I'm listening to music, and I've been listening songs that were popular when I was a kid, so as more recent songs. That's why there's a mix on my playlist apart that I listen a little bit of everything :)

New Books

Two weeks ago I had to buy some books for school, and I went to the book store and while I was waiting for the school books I saw "ZELIC", I've heard of the book because I follow Raiza on YouTube, so I had to get it!

Last year I saw the movie "The Spectacular Now" and I liked it, also I saw the book online, but I never ordered it, that's why when I saw it on the store I told myself "It's now or never" and I bought it.

"The Other Normals" and "All The Bright Places" These books I ordered online, I have to say that I suffered a lot to get them, because there was a problem with the shipping, but when they arrived I was more than happy!

Guess which one I read first?... Yes!! The Ned's Vizzini one! 

Now I'm currently finishing "The Spectacular Now" by Tim Tharp, so far so good.

Love yourself first | Crappy people

Hey Guys!
I hope you are more than fine! Sorry I didn't post anything last week but I had a bunch of assays to do, also some exams, but I really wanted to talk about this subject.
Love yourself first... I know, it's hard, sometimes we worry about other people first and forget about ourselves, that is something that we have to change. I know that there are a lot of pressure coming from the society, we always try to show the best face we can, even tho we feel like crap, something you have to know is that you are never going to please the world, as long as your happy with yourself you are winning.

There are bunch of crappy people that aren't going to treat you right,or that are going to tell you horrible things with the purpose to make you feel bad (believe me, I know) but that doesn't mean that you are going to believe it!
You have to be true to yourself and always put you first, it might sound as a selfish attitude, but it's not, you are seeing for yourself and at the end of the day that's what it matters.
Start doing things that you like, discover what you good at and make the best of it!
Always wish the best to the people that hurt you in some kind of way, when you do that, you'll realize that you've grown as a person.

My first Vinil's | Books I read this month

Hey guys!

Happy Monday!
Two weeks ago, one of my good friends gave me two vinil's, one of Bee Gees and one  of Elvis Presley, I was really excited because, first I'm a fan of Bee Gees and Elvis I didn't have any vinil's.

This month I read three books, but I lent one today so I couldn't take a picture.
I read: Where I'm Calling From- Raymond Carver. This is the second book I read by Raymond Carver and I'm not disappointed, I loved the book and I look forward to read another book from him.
True Story Murder, Memoir, Mea Culpa- Michael Finkel. I watched the movie and immediately I wanted to read the book! My uncle gave it to me for Christmas and I was really excited.
Teen Angst? Naaah...- Ned Vizzini. Ned is one of my favorite writers in the world, I totally recommend it, I already ordered "The Other Normals" by Ned Vizzini and I can't wait to read it, I already know that I'm gonna love it as I did with the other two.

Coldplay | Corona Hell & Heaven Metal Fest

Hey Guys!

I hope you had a great start of the week! 
You are probably thinking "Why the title is Coldplay | Corona Hell & Heaven Metal Fest? Well... I'm going to see Coldplay live on April!!! I'm beyond excited about it! A few years ago, Coldplay cancelled the dates for Mexico and I thought that they would never come, but then I saw that they were coming and I have to admit that I cried when I had the tickets, they are one of my favorite bands in the world, I relate with most of their songs. Coldplay is a very special band for me. Honestly, I can´t wait to see them!

Corona Hell & Heaven Metal Fest
One of my friends told me that she lost the Knotfest las year because she didn't have anyone to go with and I was like "Why you didn't tell me?" She thought I didn't like that type of music, but I do, when I was like 12 I use to listen to Iron Maiden, Megadeth, one of my good friends James Milbrandt had a band called Serianna and I was a huge fan of them, now he has another band called Versus Me (you should check his band).
Let's go to the point, shall we?
Last month she told me about the Corona Hell & Heaven Metal Fest, and last week we bought the tickets, I'm more than thrilled, I can't wait!!

I honestly hope I can go to more concerts this year :)

The Struggle Is Real / Things you don't know before you become a Blogger

Hey Guys!!

Last week I couldn't write a post because I had a surgery and I was very ill, my apologies for that, without further ado:

Things you don't know before you become a Blogger.
Most of the people think that being a Blogger is a piece of cake and most of the time is nothing like that.
#1 Nobody takes you seriously: At the beginning it's really hard to get respect from other people.
#2 Write a post may take a few hours: If you think that writing a post will only take you half an hour, you are totally wrong! sometime it takes us more than 2 hours just so it's perfect or the way we wanted it to be.
#3 Readers: At the beginning you don't have a lot of  readers, you share your blog to friends and family but you have to work really hard so they'll keep reading your blog.
#4 Interesting Content: Sometimes it's really hard to come with original ideas and that's a problem, because you don't know what to write and you want to have a awesome blog full of different stuff and content.
#5 Design: When I started my first blog three years ago I didn't know a bit about the design of the platform, now I don't know that much, but at least I always try to change a few things so my blog is getting closer to look the way I always wanted it to be.

But the most important point that nobody tells you before you become a blogger is the satisfaction you are going to feel when people tells you that they read your blog, that feeling is indescriptible and that motivates you to have a better content.

20 Songs TAG

Hey Guys!!

I really liked the Random TAG, so I decided to do another TAG, and this TAG is the 20 Songs TAG, I think that it's perfect, because I love music and without further ado, here is the TAG.

1.- Favorite Song.
This is a really hard question, but I have 3, Reptilia by The Strokes, From The Ritz To The Rubble by Arctic Monkeys and Chloroform by Phoenix.

2.- One song you hate. 
I honestly don't know, because I always try to find the charms of the songs but I probably say that the song Ginza by J.Balvin, here in Mexico this song is really popular and it's everywhere. 

3.- A song that makes you sad.
Take me out by Franz Ferdinand, I don't like that song, because I was listening that song when my aunt called to say my grandfather had passed away, that's why that song makes me sad.

4.- A song that reminds you to somebody. 
Jmmm I guess "Singin' in the rain" by Gene Kelly, my grandpa used to love that song. We used to watch the movie a lot, it's a good song!

5.- A song that makes you happy.
I don't know, I don't have one in particular, right now is "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tears For Fears.

6.- A song that reminds you a specific moment.
"I Was Made For Loving You" by Kiss, when I was little I used to listen to Kiss every single day and I remember that I was at school and the song was on the radio and someone asked for the name of the song and I was like "Ooh is "I Was Made For Loving You" by Kiss" and I became the expert in music in my classroom ;)ha ha that's a true story.

7.- A song that you know the lyrics perfectly.
"Nunca es Suficiente" by Natalia Lafourcade

8.- A song that makes you dance right away.
I don't have one, because I dance with every song and because of that I have the most awkward dance moves ha ha.

9.- A song that helps you going to sleep.
Open Season by High Highs.

10.- A guilty pleasure song.
"No vale la pena" by Juan Gabriel.

11.- A song that you can relate to it.
"Moses" by Coldplay. There is a part on the song that says "if the sky's gonna fall down, let it fall on me
if you're gonna break down, you can break on me"

I will always prefer something to happen to me rather that happens to somebody that I love, that's why I think I relate to that song.

12.- A song you used to love and now you hate.
"Ferrari" by O Tortuga, I don't know why I don't like it as much as I used to like it.

13.- A song from your favorite album.
Cornerstone from the album "Humbug" by Arctic Monkeys.

14.- A song you can play with an instrument.
"Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, "Reptilia" by The Strokes, "Weekend" by Last Dinosaurs, "Smoke On The Water" by Deep Purple, Romanza (I don't know the name of the artist) and a few others.

15.- A song you've sung or you'll like to sing in public.
"Venezia" by Hombres G.

16.- The perfect song for driving.
"My Number" by Foals.

17.- A song from your childhood.
Don't Stop Believin' by Journey.

18.- One song you'll like to be played on your wedding.
"Anything You Say" by Deas Vail.

19.-One song you'll like to be played on your funeral.
"Between The Bars" by Elliott Smith.

20.- A song that nobody would expect you to like it.
"Hazme una señal- Gimme Little Sign" by Roberto Jordán.

As you can see I like different songs, but I think that it's good, that's how I am.
