New Year's Resolutions

Hey Guys!

It feels weird not to write everyday, but I've been working on a few things to post next year. 
This year has been hard for me, but at the same time you learn lessons that sometimes are better to learn now that in a few years, it's true that you learn from your mistakes and that you can be a better person! You just have to take one step at a time.
I'm not used to do New Year's Resolutions, but this year I decided that it was time to do that!
#1 Hang out with my friends more often - I only see a few of my friends on school, because most of my friends study in different colleges and we don't see each other really often.
#2 Go to a lot of concerts - This year I only went to one, it was really good, but definitely I want to go to more.
#3 Travel - I really like to travel, this year I traveled a few times and I want to go to visit my cousins next year, so let's hope I can do that.
#4 Write at least one post on Crumble Specimen per week - I didn't used to have a schedule, till the 12 Days Till Christmas Challenge and it was then when I realized that I used to do my life harder, because If I have a proper schedule I won't have to be worrying about the posts I have to write.
#5 Read more book s- I really like to read and sometimes I don't read as much as I'd liked to, that's why I'll like to make some time to read.
#6 Learn more cooking recipes - Over this year I realized that I really like to bake and it would be nice to learn more recipes.
#7 Keep listening good music- I love music and I always like to find new music, but at the same time I'm very selective with it, so far I don't regret of the music I have on my iPod and I hope that, that won't change. 
#8 Go to the movies - This year I wanted to see a lot of movies, but I didn't watched any of them, sadly I only saw a few, that's why this next year I'll try to go to the movies! 
#9 Go to Road Trips - I love the highway and this year I finally started driving, but my main goal has always been go to the highway and go to somewhere else.
#10 Workout - I know this may sound odd, but this year I tried to work out more often and I realized that I had more energy and what a better way to start a new year with a lot of energy! 

So.. here it is guys! My new year's resolutions, I know they are not twelve, but I'm not really good with new year's resolutions, so I'll do my best!

#12 Stay Happy, Stay Healthy/ Last Day of The 12 Days Till Christmas Challenge

 It's Day 12 Guys, it went so fast, at the beginning I thought that it was going to be really hard to actually post everyday during 12 days. It was hard, I have to admit, but it wasn't as hard as I thought. 
Stay Happy, Stay Healthy, have you ever experimented that when you are in a holiday you get sick and you can't enjoy properly the holidays? 
I hate that, last year it happened to me and it was horrible! I realize that if you are positive and take care of yourself, you'll stay healthy, I know that in this time of the year, we are more than crazy preparing the Christmas dinner or New Years celebration, but we always have to find the time to ourselves.
Do whatever makes you feel happy, no matter what other people say, because at the end of the day, your never going to please anybody.
If you are positive about life, life would be good with you. I don't know about you, but I don't like to be sick, that's why I always try to stay happy and positive and of course take care of myself, so that I can enjoy life, in this case, I can enjoy the holidays with my family.
Without further ado, I just want to say, thank you so much for reading this blog, over these 12 Days Till Christmas Challenge, it was a pleasure for me to share a few recipes/lifestyle things and I hope you liked it!

#11 Random TAG

Hey Guys!

It's day 11!! Tomorrow the 12 Days Till Christmas Challenge will be over :( that's why today I'm going to do a Random TAG that I found, so you can get to know me better.

1.- What is your nickname?

My name is Fernanda, but everybody calls me Fer, only a few people calls me Mary, because I have two names.

2.- Do you have any siblings? 

No, I'm an only child.

3.- What are you studying?

I'm in college and I'm studying Marketing.

4.- Do you have any pets? What are their names?

Yes, I have two, one is "Honey" and one is "Simon" .

5.- What is your favorite color?

My favorite color is purple or black.

6.- Who is the most special person in your life?

I don't have one person in particular, so I would say that the most special people in my life are my family and my friends.

7.- If you could change your name, which one it would be?

My mother told me that the second option for my name was "Alejandra", but honestly I don't know if that name fits me, I don't like my name, but at the same time I don't know which name I would like to have.

8.- Do you know how to cook?

Yes, but I don't do it really often. I bake more than I cook a proper meal.

9.- What is your favorite candy?

My favorite candy is Starbust, but sadly in Mexico we don't have it, so when I go to the United States I buy a lot of it, so I can bring it with me to Mexico.

10.- What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream has always been travel around the world and get to know different people.

11.- Can you sing?

Yes, but I only sing in the shower or when I'm alone ha ha.

12.- Which places would you like to visit?

I'd love to go to Chicago, Brighton, Lisbon, London, Machu Picchu, NY,Sydney, Perth and Montreal.

13.- At what age did you start walking?

I started walking when I was 8 months old.

14.- Do you have a boyfriend?

No, sadly I don't.

15.- Which artist is your role model?

It's not like it's my role model, but I would say Sofia Vergara, I'm a huge fan of her, she is hilarious!

16.- Do you like to dance?

Yes, but I don't think I'm very good at it ha ha.

17.- Beach, river or pool?

That's a hard one, because I prefer cold weather over warm weather, but I really like nature, so I'll say that I prefer rivers.

18.- In your childhood, what was your favorite cartoon?

My favorite cartoon in the entire world is "The Simpsons" but as a child, I didn't used to watch it a lot, so, I honestly don't know, maybe "As Told By Ginger" or "The Angry Beavers".

19.- What type of music do you like?

That's another hard one, because I don't listen a genre of music in particular, but my favorite ones are Rock & Roll, Alternative, Punk, Indie and I think I'll stop here, because otherwise I'm going to mention a lot of music genres ha ha.

20.- Favorite band

I don't have one favorite one, but my favorite bands are: Ramones, Queen, The Strokes, Phoenix, Arctic Monkeys and Coldplay.

#10 Books I Want To Read

Hey Guys!

Happy Monday!I hope you had an amazing start of the week.
Today is day 10 I can't believe it, it went so fast. I have to admit that I'm a bookworm and while I'm at school I can't read as much as I want to, so for this holidays I have a list of the books I plan to read ;)
- The Bazaar of Bad Dreams:Stories by Stephen King. I'm a huge fan of Stephen King, in fact now I have a lot of his books, I think maybe I'll write a entire post of Stephen King books.
- True Story: Murder, Memoir, Mea Culpa by Michael Finkel I saw the movie a few months ago and immediately I said that I had to read the book, because the movie was really good, and I can imagine that the book will be even better.
- All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. I saw a review of the book on YouTube and I really want to read it.
- Teen Angst? Naaah... by Ned Vizzini. One of my favorite books in the world is by Ned Vizzini, I love the heart he puts on his books and I honestly think that his books are one of kind, sadly he can't write anymore, but he left good books!
- Where I'm Calling From: Selected Stories by Raymond Carver. I really like What We Talk About When We Talk About Love and I really would like to read more of his work.

#8 Movies Around This Time Of The Year

Hey Guys!

Why not Christmas movies? Well... that's a good question, not everybody likes Christmas movies, for example I'm not the kind of person that gets super excited for Christmas, I'm more the type of person that thinks "It's a holiday, it's a time to spend time with your family and that's good" but, that doesn't mean that I'm not going to watch a movie related with Christmas or a Christmas movie, right? So... I decided to make a list of a few movies that I enjoy watching over this time of the year and maybe if you're bored or something, you can watch them :)

I know they are not a lot of movies, and that the most of them are old, but they are really good movies and you won't regret if you watch some of them :)

#7 Gift Guide?

Hey Guys!

We all know that in this time of the year, presents are something that you can't take for granted. You want to give something to your friends, family best friends or anyone! but the struggle begins when you don't know what to give to the person. 
I always stay with the basics:
-CD's
-Books
-Sweaters/ Jumper 
-Stuffed Animals
-Food
I know these options are kind of random, but you they are last minute options,If you know his/her favorite music band you can give him/her a CD, or if you know what type of books he/she likes,You won't fail the mission to the perfect present!
Sweaters are really good because people can wear them all year around!
Stuffed Animals may sound like a kindergarten present, but sometimes they are a good option, if you don't want to spend a lot of money, you'll always find a really good one!
Food... who doesn't like food? I think that taking the time to cook something to someone is a really nice gesture!
At the end of the day the intention is what counts!!! You don't necessarily have to buy presents to show your love to your loved ones, because if you are with them and make them know that you care about them, what else you could ask for?
Sometimes the best gift is being there.

#6 Stay fit... nah, better have fun!

Hey Guys!

Everybody knows that over this time of the year, the number one weakness is food, and, sometimes we try to stay fit and we don't enjoy the delicious food in Christmas.

I know sometimes is hard to go to the gym and all that stuff, but from my point of view I think is harder because you are on vacations and the only thing you want to do is sleep or something else, but the last thing you want to do is working out.

That's why I think that you better have fun, you don't necessary have to go to the gym to stay fit, you can dance, go for a run or something that I really enjoy is go for a walk, you can make a playlist and listen to your favorite music at the same time, for me is really relaxing and at the same time it gives me a lot of energy!

Enjoy your holidays, eat whatever you want, and have fun! :)

#5 Fun Things To Do In The Holidays!

Hey Guys!

So, today's post is not a recipe, but I thought it would be a interesting post to write.

#1.- Go Ice Skating, I think that it's a really fun thing to do, you can go with your friends or family.

#2.- Go and see the christmas illumination of your city, here in Puebla there are a lot of places where you can go and see the christmas illumination, also you can go with your family or friends too, for me is like a tradition to go with my family

#3.- Hang out with your friends, you don't have to go to school (at least in my case) so, you'll have extra free time, and what a better way to spend the time with your friends :)

#4.- Christmas reunions with your friends, last year a few of my friends and I had a christmas dinner around this month, it was really fun, and also we ate a lot! 

I think that over this time of the year is great to spend extra free time with your friends and family, because sometime circumstances make hard to spend time with your friends, but it's always good to make the time to have a great time with your friends and family.

#4 Tanya Burr Cookies/ Modification to the recipe

Hey Guys!!

A few months ago I saw a video of the famous Tanya Burr cookies, I tried to make the cookies with some friends and it was chaos, seriously I don't know what were wrong, but I really wanted to try them, so I decided to change a little bit the recipe.
You'll need:
- 110g of butter
- 150g of caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 140g of self-raising flour
- 75g of cocoa powder (make sure is cocoa powder)
- 1 large chocolate bar (I only used dark chocolate, but the original recipe has dark and white chocolate)
-Set the oven to 200º C

Mix the butter with the sugar till it changes color and add the egg, once you've done that, add the self-raising flour and the cocoa powder, blend all the ingredients, then you are going to break your chocolate bar and put all the pieces in to the dough. Place your dough into cookie sheets and bake them for 11 minutes or till they're cooked.

These cookies are delicious, you have to try them out!

#3 Brownies

Hey Guys!

I hope you enjoy reading my posts and at the same time that you like them. I saw yesterday the audience of my blog and I was in shock, visits from Russia, Germany, United States and of course Mexico :O you guys are AWESOME!!! thank you so much for reading my blog! 
Without further ado, here is the recipe for the Brownies.
You'll need:

- 4 ounces of chocolate
- 225g of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of plain flour 
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla 
-Set the oven to 175ºC
First you are going to melt the butter with the chocolate and then add the sugar and mix them together.
Pour in a bowl the eggs and mix, then add the previous mix and blend it, add half of the flour and blend again, (is better if you add the flour in parts, so you don't make a mess)add the rest of the flour and the vanilla.
Bake them around 25 minutes, cut them in little squares and let them cool for a few minutes, then add some caster sugar and their ready to eat!

#2 Peanut Butter Cookies

Hey Guys!

Here is the second day of the 12 Days Till Christmas Challenge, Peanut Butter Cookies, they are really good, I've already made this twice and I have received compliments about these cookies!
You'll need:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oil 
- 1/2 cup maple syrup 
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt 
- 1 1/2 teff flour 
Set your oven to 176ºC

Pour the flour and the salt in a bowl, then you are going to mix the maple syrup, the oil, one cup of peanut butter and your vanilla, once you blend them, you are going to add the dry ingredients and don't forget to blend again. Place your dough into the cookie sheet and bake them about 15 minutes, let them cool for a bit and your ready to go!
You can give these cookies to your friends or family and it's a nice gesture, because you took the time to make them :)

#1 Vanilla Cupcakes

Hey Guys!

Here is the first post of the 12 Days Till Christmas Challenge, Vanilla Cupcakes! They are really easy to bake and I'm telling you, they are delicious!
You'll need:
- 125g caster sugar
- 125g self raising flour
- 2 large eggs
- 125g unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

First you have to preheat your oven to 175ºC, once you've done that you are going to mix the caster sugar, the unsalted butter, the flour and the eggs, try that the mixture is evenly distributed, then you add the 1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk (don't worry if you add a little bit more of it, it happened to me and they turn out really good) finally and my favorite part, you add the vanilla, I added a little bit more of vanilla because I really like it, but that depends on you.
Once you have your mixture, pour the mixture into the festive cupcakes cases and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.
Let them cool for a few minutes and then you add the frosting, I added vanilla frosting and then I decorated with red and green sprinkles.
I hope you can make this over the holidays, they taste really good!

November Haul (Well... Type Of Thing)

Hey Guys!!

Normally I post this kind of things separately, but this month in particularly I bought these things in a really close time lapse.
I went to the mall with my friends and we were supposed to go to the movies, but we didn't go, so I decided to go to the record store and as always I checked every  single CD, I bought Fantasies by Metric, this band it was one of my favorite ones as a child so I had to!.
Adventure by Madeon, I bought the Deluxe version because it was the only that was there, I don't regret it, I love Madeon, just because his songs tells you such a really good stories, and as you can see, the first lines of my Blog are something that Madeon said.
Indie City by Pixies, Pixies is a classic I had to! and the price was really accessible, so why not? ha ha.
Books!
The Dark Tower IV Wizard and Glass by Stephen King and Black Holes and Baby Universes by Stephen Hawking, different types of books ha?
But, I love them both, I already started the Stephen Hawking one and I'm loving it. For me The Dark Tower books are a master piece, I haven't read them all, but the three I have already read are AMAZING!!.

It wasn't what I was expecting! / The Royal Concept, new EP.

Hey Guys!

So the new EP of The Royal Concept called "Smile" came out a few months ago, I have to say that there was one song in particular I was excited about and it was "Hurricane". When they posted a short video of the song on Facebook a long time ago, one of my friends share the video with me, and I had an idea of the song, of course I liked the song! and when the song came out I was expecting something like the video, something different, my friend didn't like the song, but in my opinion it's really good, of course it wasn't what I was expecting, but it was better, it has a lot of rhythm, it's fun and it's a song that you enjoy and automatically gets you in a good mood.

My best projects?

As you probably know, last year I was on arts at school, if you think that arts is the easiest class ever, you are totally wrong!! Sometimes it was really hard to have all the projects done on time,I have to say that a few of the projects I did last minute were even better than the others I took the time to make, hilarious ha?

Submarine / Places I want to visit

Hey Guys!!

I hope your having a lovely week or whats left of it, two months ago I read Submarine by Joe Dunthorne, I really liked the movie, but the book is just another world. Alex Turner did the soundtrack for the movie and I have to say that fits perfectly to the story of the book. So I recommend that if you want to read the book and at the same time you want to listen some music, you should listen the soundtrack by Alex Turner.

Moving on, the places I want to visit someday, since I was a kid I've always wanted to visit Germany, now I'm not quite sure, but the places I know I'm sure I want to visit are, Brighton, London, Sidney, Chicago, New York and Machu Picchu and Lisbon of course there are lots of places I want to visit too, and I hope someday I get to visit all of them :)

Alien Hand Syndrome

Hey Guys!!
How was your week? I hope it was alright, I'm on exams so I couldn't post over the week, but here I am :)
If you followed my past blog, you may know about Alien Hand Syndrome, about a year ago I became a fan of Alien Hand Syndrome, his music is really deep, and also has been compared with bands like Bright Eyes or Placebo which I like too (This information is for those who didn't know my past blog)
So... Let's talk about his new music video. "Ballad About The Cranes" was created by an Argentinian artist called Erica Martin. The video is amazing!! the drawings are incredible, you can see the hard work and the effort Erica put on it so as Alien Hand Syndrome with the music!
By the way, he has a good Spanish!

Hey Guys!!
What happened on 08/28/15 ? Apart of my grandmother's birthday, the "What Went Down" album by Foals and "Wellness" by Last Dinosaurs came out.
Around that date I was already in college so I had to wait a few days to listened the full albums, but I have to say that it was worth the wait.
What Went Down.
Mountain At My Gates is amazing!! but the video is another world. I was in shock when I saw the video, it was even more than I was expected, I shared it with my friends and my family because I couldn't resist, It's so good, you have to check it!
Night Swimmers, Lonely Hunter, Birch Tree, What Went Down, and of course Mountain At My Gates are my favorite songs of the album, I can't decide which one I like the most because I love all of them!

Now let's talk about "Wellness" the first song that they revealed was "Evie" and the second one was "Apollo", two different songs but the same touch of Last Dinosaurs. I think this album doesn't ask anything to the last one, If you ask me if they are different, I'll say yes, but different in a good way.
My favorite songs of this album are: Evie, Karma, Apollo and Purist. About which one I like the most I think is Apollo, is such a fun song!

Favorite Book?

It's Kind Of A Funny Story by Ned Vizzini. Wow what can I say about this book? I went to Oaxaca a few months ago and I took this book with me, it was the best decision I've ever taken, I read it so fast, that when I finished it I was kind of sad because I wanted to keep reading it ha ha. I don't wanna give any spoilers so I won't say anything ! I'll just say that it's going to be one of my favorite books for a while. I don't know why in my opinion the best soundtrack for this book is the album "Evil Friends" by Portugal. The Man, like I said before, I went to Oaxaca and it's a 5 hours road trip, so I had plenty of time to read this awesome book!                If you want my opinion this book is a special one, sometimes you feel out of place or you think your problems are bigger than you, but in real life they are not and you have to take them one step at a time :)

Am I back?...

I hope you all are doing great! As you can notice I haven't been posting anything the last couple months. Why is that?... Well I worked all over the summer, I used to have a friend who helped me with some of the material I posted, my grandmother passed away three months ago and finally I'm in College now, I'm studying Marketing and I love it!
Lots of things had happened to me lately but you have to take a step at a time ;)

New CD's

Hey Guys!

Two weeks ago I bought these CD's
The first one is Favorite Worst Nightmare by Arctic Monkeys, I am really happy with this album, I'm collecting all the albums of Arctic Monkeys and I can't believe I have 4 now :)
The second one is Greatest Hits by The Cure, since I was a kid I've always loved The Cure so I said, why not? ha ha of course my favorite song is Friday I'm In Love.
I consider myself as a huge fan of Kings Of Leon so I bought "Come Around Sundown"  I love all the songs! One of my friends went to one of their concerts and told me that it was AMAZING, I hope someday I'll see them live too :)
Lets continue with "Klaxons" I already had "Love Frequency" on my Ipod and I really wanted the first album of them, but "Love Frequency" is really good and the cover has style, so... I bought it :)
And the last but not least "Girl" by Pharrell Williams I honestly love the full album, at first I just knew the song "Happy" but then I listen to the full album and it's amazing!

Hace dos semanas compre estos discos,
El primero es Favorite Worst Nightmare de Arctic Monkeys, estoy muy muy feliz con este disco, porque estoy coleccionando todos los discos de Arctic Monkeys, no puedo creer que ya tenga 4 :)
El segundo es Greatest Hits de The Cure, desde que era pequeña siempre he amando a The Cure, así que dije, porqué no? ja ja por supuesto mi canción favorita es Friday I'm In Love.
Me considero una gran fan de Kings Of Leon así que compré "Come Around Sundown" amo todas las canciones! Uno de mis amigos fue a uno de sus conciertos y me dijo que fue INCREÍBLE, espero verlos algún día en vivo también :)
Continuemos con "Klaxons" ya tenía "Love Frequency" en mi Ipod y en verdad quería comprar su primer album, pero "Love Frequency" es muy bueno y la portada del disco tiene estilo, así que lo compre :)
Por último pero no menos importante "Girl" de Pharrell Williams, honestamente me encanta  el disco completo, al principio solo conocía la canción "Happy" pero luego escuché el disco completo y es increíble!

It's been a week since I've posted, but I'm back!
Lately I've been reading a lot, so here is the list of the books I'm reading at the moment.
1.- Angels & Demons - Dan Brown
2.- Cujo - Stephen King
2.- The Dark Tower II - Stephen King
As you may notice there are two books of Stephen King, that is just because Stephen King is my favorite writer! It's been like a year and a half that I've been reading his books and now I have around 23 books of him, I'm like obsessed with his books and they are really good, so it's like a good obsession ha :)
My Top 5 Songs Of The Week
1.- She's A Riot- The Jungle Giants
This song is AMAZING!!! seriously this song is so good, it has a lot of rhythm I don't know how to explain it but it's like you listen this song and it makes you feel happy, that's why I like it.
2.- Figure It Out- Royal Blood
One of my friends told me to listen to Royal Blood, it's amazing how every song is just the bass and the drums.
3.- All or Nothing- Au Revoir Simone
One of my uncles has an amazing taste on music and I found this song on one of his playlist it's a really cool song, so you should listen it :)
4.- Awkward - San Cisco
As you may already know I really really like San Cisco and even though this song is kind of old I really like it.
5.- I Am What You Want Me To Be - The Jungle Giants
I love the lyrics of this song and the rhythm is amazing!

Ya es una semana de que no he escrito, pero ya estoy aquí!
Últimamente he estado leyendo mucho , por lo que aquí esta la lista de los libros que estoy leyendo por el momento

1.- She's A Riot- The Jungle Giants
Esta canción es ASOMBROSA!!! en verdad, esta canción es muy buena, tiene mucho ritmo y no se como explicarlo, pero cuando la escuchas hace que te sientas contento/ contenta, por lo que me gusta esta canción.
2.- Figure It Out- Royal Blood
Uno de mis amigos me dijo que escuchara a Royal Blood , es increíble como cada canción es sólo con el bajo y la batería.
3.- All or Nothing- Au Revoir Simone
Uno de mis tíos tiene un increíble gusto musical y encontré esta canción en uno de sus playlist, es muy buena esta canción, deberían escucharla :)

Como ya sabrán me gusta mucho mucho San Cisco y aunque esta canción es algo vieja, me gusta mucho.

Amo la letra de esta canción y tiene un muy buen ritmo!

Late Hala

Hey  Guys!

I hope you all are doing great! Lately I've been into Psychedelic music I thinks that psychedelic music is really different and unique also we always have to have an open mind to find great things in this case we're talking about music.
Late Hala is a Psychedelic/ Rock band from London I really like their songs one in particular called "Don't Look Now" I think that is one of those songs that you can put on repeat and you won't get tired of it.

Espero que todos estén bien! Últimamente he estado escuchando música psicodélica y pienso que este tipo de música es muy diferente y único a la vez, aparte de que pienso que debemos tener una mente abierta para encontrar grandes cosas, en este caso en en la música.
Late Hala es una banda Londinense de rock psicodélico, me gustan mucho sus canciones en particular una que se llama "Don't Look Now" Creo que es de ese tipo de canciones que puedes poner en repetición y no cansarte de ella.

Portugal. The Man

Hey Guys!

Happy Sunday or at least what's left of it. A few days ago I was watching some YouTube videos and in one of the videos I heard a part of a song that I didn't know so I looked for it and it results that it was "Modern Jesus" by Portugal. The Man, seriously, since that day I haven't stopped listening to Portugal. The Man and as all the bands I love I want to see them live!
Their artwork is amazing, it's different from other artwork bands, it's really rad that's why I like it so much.
My favorite songs at the moment are "Hip Hop Kids" and "Modern Jesus"from the album "Evil Friends".

Feliz domingo, o por lo menos lo que queda de el. Hace unos días estaba viendo videos en YouTube y escuche una parte de una canción que no conocía, por lo que la busqué y resultó ser "Modern Jesus" de Portugal, The Man, en serio, desde ese día no he dejado de escucharlos y como a todas las bandas que amo, los quiero ver en vivo!
Su artwork es increíble, es muy diferente al de otras bandas, es muy loco por lo que me gusta mucho.
Por el momento, mis canciones favoritas son "Hip Hop Kids" y "Modern Jesus" de su disco "Evil Friends".
 Muchísimas gracias a todos los que se toman el tiempo de leer mi blog, en verdad, significa mucho para mi :)

San Cisco

A few months ago I started listening to San Cisco and i really liked their music and their style is awesome!
I really wouldn't know what to say if someone ask me which album is my favorite, because the new album came out a few days ago, I already listened it and I love it, but the first one it's more like I've been listening it for quite a while, so lets just say I love both albums :)
San Cisco is coming to Mexico and unfortunately I won't be able to see them, that's a shame because I love them and i know the lyrics of a few songs of them, but you know, if you have and extra ticket, I'm here ha ha ha just kidding ;)

Hace un par de meses empecé a escuchar a San Cisco y me gustaron mucho y su estilo es genial!

Tep No

A few months ago Max told me about Tep No and of course I listened it.
I think that in electronic music, sometimes is really hard to fit the exact same emotions that you feel  to the songs, and with Tep No is the opposite, you can relate with the songs really easily, that why I like Tep No.

My obsession with Temples/ My Top 5 songs of the week

Okay... I have to admit that I have kind of an obsession with Temples, two months ago, one of my friends told me about Temples, in particular with the song "The Guesser" I fell in love with the song and eventually with all the other songs of the album "Sun Structures" one of my friends told me that they performed at the Corona Capital last year, sadly neither of us went :(

I really want to see them live! I hope this year come back again :)
At the moment I can't stop listening "Mesmerise" it's like one of my favorite songs same as "The Guesser" :D

Okay... New CD'S

Hey guys!

I know that I've been a little bit absent the last two weeks, I had tons of school work to do :(
But I'm here now  and that's what it matters :)

Two weeks ago I went to the mall to get a birthday present for one of my friends and I saw Humbug and Suck It and See of Arctic Monkeys I had to buy them! As you already know I talked about "Humbug" so I'll talk about "Suck It and See", the artwork of this album is amazing and my favorite songs are: Reckless Serenade, She's Thunderstorms, Brick By Brick and Suck It and See.
I think it was a good decision on buying those albums including the one I gave to one of my friends :)

Se que he estado un poco ausente en las últimas dos semanas, pero tenía mucho trabajo de la escuela que hacer :(
Pero lo que importa es que ya estoy aquí :)

Hace dos semanas fui al centro comercial a comprar un regalo de cumpleaños para uno de mis amigos y vi "Humbug" y "Suck It and See" de Arctic Monkeys, tuve que comprarlos! Como ya sabrán ya he hablado de "Humbug" por lo que hablaré de "Suck It and See" los pósters de este disco son increíbles y mis canciones favoritas son: Reckless Serenade, She's Thunderstorms, Brick By Brick and Suck It and See.
Creo que fue una buena decisión el haber comprado estos discos, incluyendo el que le di a mi amigo :)

Currently reading/ My top 5 songs of the week

Hey guys!

One of my friends   lent me Deception Point by Dan Brown last week, I guess, I'm on chapter 7 and I'm really liking it, I think that eventually I'll read the other books of Dan Brown I like this kind of books :D
My top five songs of the week are:
1.- Dance Little Liar- Arctic Monkeys
2.- I'll go crazy- Bluejuice
3.- September- Earth, Wind & Fire
4.- La La La- Sam Smith
5.- Lovers- Beech
The first song is one of my favorites at the moment, I can spend hours and hours listening  this song and I won't get tired of it :)
The second song is AMAZING! two weeks ago one of my friends told me to listen that song and i loved it! Of course i still love it ha ha ha :P
The third song is a classic! I like it, I love it, it's awesome! and of course I dance with that song, I mean who doesn't? :D
I really like Sam Smith and I recently listened his full album and the "La La La" song is one of my favorites :)
I like Josh Beech and I think that he has an amazing voice "Lovers" is one of my favorite songs of him :)

Uno de mis amigos  me prestó la semana pasada el libro de "La Conspiración" de Dan Brown, voy en el capítulo 7 y en verdad me esta gustando, creo que eventualmente leeré los otros libros de Dan Brown, me gusta este tipo de libros :D
