Hey Guys!
Everybody knows that over this time of the year, the number one weakness is food, and, sometimes we try to stay fit and we don't enjoy the delicious food in Christmas.
I know sometimes is hard to go to the gym and all that stuff, but from my point of view I think is harder because you are on vacations and the only thing you want to do is sleep or something else, but the last thing you want to do is working out.
That's why I think that you better have fun, you don't necessary have to go to the gym to stay fit, you can dance, go for a run or something that I really enjoy is go for a walk, you can make a playlist and listen to your favorite music at the same time, for me is really relaxing and at the same time it gives me a lot of energy!
Enjoy your holidays, eat whatever you want, and have fun! :)
